Who’s Ben?
My journey with yoga started during a particularly challenging time in my life. After facing a series of personal struggles, sports injuries, and a serious car accident, I turned to yoga to rebuild both my body and mind. What began as a path to recovery soon became a lifelong practice that helped me heal on a much deeper level than I ever expected.
I trained with Josh Kramer at Destination Yoga, focusing on alignment, precision, and mindful movement. I love how it allows me to offer a practice that’s both safe and deeply nourishing, helping people build strength, flexibility, and peace within themselves—just as I did.
You can often find me practicing yoga with my dog by my side, reminding me to stay grounded and playful in my practice!
Now, my goal is to help others experience the same healing benefits of yoga that I did, no matter where they are in their journey. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with stress, or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
